Hi, my name is Anthony Mendoza

Contrary to popular belief, San Diego consists of so much more than surfers and the very best Mexican food in the US. Every neighborhood in San Diego has its own unique flare and distinctive personality. As a born and raised San Diego native growing up between the vibrant central neighborhoods and serene North County, I'd be honored to help connect you to your perfect place.

 

A truly effective REALTOR® needs an artist's eye, an operator's attention to detail, and a manager's compassion. Most recently, I helped build a now thriving interior design studio, Dwell & Oak, that serves the San Francisco Bay Area and the Greater New York Area. The studio now has a waitlist extending through June of 2026 and has amassed nearly 20,000 followers on Instagram (@dwellandoak). I was the first in my family to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree, graduating Cum Laude from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing in 2018 while simultaneously managing hectic cafés and connecting with communities across California. I also bring valuable experience working closely with high-net-worth individuals as an executive assistant, where I learned the art of discretion, precision and five-star service.

I began my journey as a REALTOR® with The Harwood Group in Rancho Santa Fe, after being invited to play tennis with a widely known and respected REALTOR® with over 45 years of experience in the North County & Coastal luxury space, Orva Harwood. Orva remains a trusted advisor and mentor, a resource that few REALTORS® have available to them. I also partner with a transaction coordinator who is a retired real estate attorney with 40 years of experience for every transaction, ensuring each transaction receives expert attention from start to finish. His network of trusted lenders, inspectors, contractors, and service professionals mirrors those used by San Diego’s most accomplished agents—giving his clients access to the very best resources in the industry.

I've earned recognition as a finalist for the “Male Rising Star” award from one of San Diego’s leading real estate publications after my first year as a REALTOR®. I combine my deep well of local insight with design expertise and a genuine appreciation and understanding of such diversity to best connect people with their perfect place in this incredible city—all with a luxury service standard and a down-to-earth style that makes clients of every background feel at ease.
